With your support we can give working animals and the people who depend on them a better future.

Some people think of SPANA as an animal charity that helps people. Others think we are a people charity that helps animals.

SPANA's CEO Jeremy Hulme and other staff members write from the front lines of our work, taking in everything from the Chelsea Flower show to the drought in Chad.

Tyres for SPANA

Adele James has some Go-Kart tyres, which she is selling in sets of four for £5 (donated to SPANA). She has come up with the idea that they can be used as jump holders for horses (see picture). She lives in the Leicester area and will be happy to deliver them to you if you live nearby and are interested.

For more information please email her.

Stalls in aid of SPANA

One of our regular volunteers, Annette De Saulles, would be grateful for any donated CD's, books, jewellery and any small saleable items, for future fundraising stands/car-boot sales, and is happy to collect within a 20-mile radius of the Billingshurst/Storrington area - or to hear from anyone interested in helping with fundraising.

Please call her on 07775-806164 or e-mail her.
